Important Exhibitors and Guest Registration Information

To the exhibitors, guests and visitors

Just imagine a pigeon show in a magnificent, modern-day grand hall on 32-acre resort in the heart of a premier vacation destination with 60-70 degree temperatures in January! And it is affordable! This will be the time your spouse, kids or friends will be glad you are a pigeon fancier and an event you won’t soon forget. Does it sound too good to be true? You haven’t even heard the half of it.

There’s no driving, walking from room to Grand Hall is breath taking, registration will be state-of-the-art, security will be uncompromising, and amenities will be amazing. There are plans for a marquee show banquet, raffle, exhibits, sponsorship and media coverage. Pigeon fanciers from Germany, Hungary and other countries are already talking about coming here. For the first time ever, the Central Fantail Club and the Western Fantail Club are making this a joint-sanctioned show so it’ll be a huge Fantail showing. And, this show marks the 100th Anniversary of the Los Angles Pigeon Club and they are celebrating with us by not having the Pageant of Pigeons just months before in 2010. Now do you believe this is one show not to pass up? And the list will likely get longer.

Here’s what you need to do: register with the Town & Country Resort and Convention Center under the name “NPA Grand National Pigeon Show.”  By doing so, you will get the reduced rate of $119.00 a night and stay in either the beautifully decorated garden rooms, which are ground-level rooms in various locations throughout the resort, or choose the Regency Tower, which usually includes a balcony or courtyard (these rooms for this resort are normally $150-$200 a night). If you come with a friend, you can ask for two beds and split the cost. Town & Country is also offering the Royal Palm Tower rooms, which are their deluxe rooms, for $139 to show attendees. We even negotiated some other amenities to go with it (listed below).

Stay at the Town & Country

The SDMPC and show committee is going all out for our fellow pigeon fanciers and friends, and we’re reaching out to you for your commitment to us. Maybe you never paid this much for a room, although that isn’t such a high rate anymore, but you’ll be glad you came, and you’ll save in other ways. Make a commitment to stay at the Town & Country because the club needs to have a minimum number of rooms reserved. It’s an achievable number, but help this be a win-win and not try to cut corners (if it is even possible) by renting a car or paying a taxi and staying somewhere else. This is real important—our budget is not set-up to make a lot of money.

Thanks for your help in advance!
